VIBRAGAUGE®
The answer is in the “VIBRAGAUGE ®” the specially designed movement which slows down the fluctuations of the pointer spindle thereby preventing the above conditions from causing rapid wear on the quadrant which gives greatly extended life and cost savings in the long term. It can be considered as a suitable alternative to Glycerine filled instruments. The VIBRAGAUGE ® is available in all our bourdon tube gauges. If you have had
trouble finding the answer to this problem specify “VIBRAGAUGE ®” – the economical solution. Independent tests have proved that it works.
Vibration Resistant Gauge
VRM series gauges are suitable for corrosive environments and gaseous or Liquid media that will not obstruct the pressure system in chemical, Petro-chemical, refining, power, marine, food and pharmaceutical Processing applications, on and offshore.
BLANES “VRM” series pressure gauge is designed for vibration and pulsating process signals. The Vibration Resistant Movement dampens the movement of the gears, resulting the pointer to remain steady. This steadiness in the movement gears reduces wear resulting reliability and accuracy. No need for Glycerine or Silicone filling.
Combination Pressure–Temperature Gauges
A combination pressure–temperature gauge is a single instrument that shows pressure (bar/psi) and temperature (°C ) on one dial. It uses two independent sensing elements—typically a Bourdon tube for pressure and a bimetal or gas-actuated system for temperature—each driving its own pointer and scale. One device, two readings, zero guesswork.
